Area & measurements (walls): Ceiling height: 2280 mm Side wall 1: 1610 mm (clear) Side wall 2: 1610 mm with: Sink front 640×800 mm (tiles cut around) wall cabinet 650×720 mm tile around or cabinet removed & tile behind (upto you what is easier) Back wall: 1580 mm (clear) Scope Set out, cut and lay tiles to walls (straight lay) Provide clean, even grout lines Cut around power points/taps/sink edges neatly Grout and silicone where appropriate Protect adjacent surfaces and tidy up on completion Access & site: Ground-floor laundry; parking nearby; water/power available. Please bring all tools, tile cutter, levels, and PPE.

1. Clean & remove mould from grout and silicone. 2. Degrout 3. Regrout with new waterproof grout. 4. Remove old silicone and apply new silicone sealant to joints and corners.

Instal hybrib timber floorboards over existing tiling approximately 65-70sqm and include all quads and strips between edges

Need to fix sunken toilet tiles and skirting board outside bathroom. I need a quote to fix the sunken area only and not the entire bathroom. We are considering renovating in a year or so, so we just need to fix this to look decent at this stage.

I need a tiler for a 3.5m2 splashback. Initially planned for DIY but running out of time (and patience!) I have all materials ready to go; - ~4m2 of 300x600x9mm tile - wall tile adhesive - black grout Hoping to get it done in the next few days or early next week if possible.

Details: 1. Shower Walls: • Re-grouting needed for the tiled walls in the shower area. • Some sections have visible mold and discoloration along the grout lines. • Prefer a thorough clean-up of existing grout before applying fresh grout for a clean and uniform finish. 2. Kitchen Sink Area: • Re-grouting required for the backsplash area behind the kitchen sink. • The existing grout has mold/discoloration along the edges where the backsplash meets the countertop. • Would like a clean and seamless finish to improve both appearance and hygiene. Leak in shower floor as every time I turn the shower on the water comes through under tiles and into the bedroom . Need the base of the shower re grouted

I have one loose tile in the shower area which needs to fixed. The tile is not damaged. Only it is coming out of the wall.
