I need temporary fencing, approx 5m x 5m for a period of 3-4 weeks. Needs to be durable to prevent dog access

Currently building a new house and in the handover period Ideally would like to get a brick clean of garage wall that is very close to fence so unable to get access. I tried to remove pailings myself but nails are spiral and wood pailings quite thin and easily broken. I have attached a photo of the fence before build. The horizontal beams are one piece across about 4 fence posts. May need to remove 3 pailings in front of fence posts. ***Possibly may need to buy replacement if damage on removal or I can buy and provide. May need to cut horizontal beam to remove in sections. Part 1. Remove fence. I will arrange with builder for brick clean. May takes days to a week. Once done Part 2 is to re-attached the fence. Very tight space so message me if you think is possible.

Placing some temporary bunting to prevent parking on vacant lot

Needing a screen / mesh / temporary fence installed along fence line to keep dog away from neighbours fence that is in bad shape. Fence needs to go all the way to the ground, and end posts angled to rest right up against fence so dog cant get behind or under it. Ideally at some point an added privacy screen section would be added to block out that mid section where the neighbours can see directly into our yard - and vice versa. I sought advice from a dude at Bunnings and have priced and prepared to purchase all materials required (listed in image) I dont have the time (or patience...or skills quite frankly) to undertake this task. Im needing it done as quickly as possible however. I have added some images for reference. Please excuse the AI slop - it does give a fair representation though i think...
