I need to remove and replace a single damaged broken roof tile on a two storey house as well as maybe inspect for other broken tiles. The property is an older property, so I believe the roof tile might be nailed down? I have tried lifting the surrounding roof tile to pull out the broken one with no luck. No need to supply the replacement tile as I already have this available.

A leak from the shower upstairs, has caused a wet patch in the ceiling downstairs. Need an experienced plumber/ builder to remove shower tiles, waterproof the area and place tiles back (tiles to be provided). Also to plaster the hole in ceiling downstairs and repaint area (paint to be provided).
