The house currently has: • Two roof-mounted TV antennas • One satellite dish • Coaxial cabling running through the ceiling space I need an antenna technician or low-voltage communications specialist to: • Inspect the existing external antennas and internal cabling • Test if they are active and assess signal strength • Advise if they can be reused, consolidated, or should be removed • Recommend whether one modern unit would be better • Flag any fire or electrical safety concerns Access to the roof space is easy and clear. I currently have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 installed. The doorbell was hardwired internally to a mechanical chime (model Arlec DCS13). It's a single story, brick veneer house with a tiled roof. The doorbell previously worked however, the Ring app stated that the voltage being supplied was incorrect and a different transformer was required. The internal chime also constantly buzzed randomly. The transformer and existing wiring runs from the doorbell up through the roof. The doorbell is no longer working since I disconnected the chime cabling. I require the following: 1. Install a GPO in the roof above the front porch where the doorbell is installed. 2. Connect the Ring Plug-In Adapter (supplied) to this GPO and run the cable down through to the doorbell to connect it (I will no longer use the existing cabling with transformer).

This is a 2 storey duplex requiring cleaning of all gutters of one duplex - not both. There is a side gate providing easy entrance and access to the gutters and roof I am looking for regular gutter cleaning services as I will likely require this to be done twice per year, so I am looking for quality service at a reasonable price. A sparky installed an EV charger on the back wall of my garage and had run a wire from switch board to the place where charger was meant to go. He had to create small holes to run the wire which need patching.
