The side gutter on the pagola needs to be attached and connected to the downpipe which is very close to the end of where the gutter will finish.For someone who does roofing and gutters this would be a pretty small job

Hi, I’m looking for a quote to improve sound insulation for one bedroom window. It is a Timber frame, sliding window. Size: Height 140cm x width 240cm, currently single-glazed. We are about 20m from a busy road and experience traffic noise, especially in the early afternoons. I’m looking for a reduction in sound suitable for a baby’s bedroom. Photos attached. I noticed one of the roof tiles has slid down a bit, so I had to use a ladder to push it back into place. I think an electrician opened that section in the past and probably didn’t reinstall it properly, as the nearby tile doesn’t seem to sit flush. I want someone to remove and re-lay these tiles, along with a couple of the surrounding ones, to ensure they are properly seated. As part of this job, I’d like a full roof inspection to check for and fix any other loose tiles. I bought this property recently, and it passed a building inspection. A couple of tradesmen have been in the roof so I can’t be sure if all the tiles were put back properly. It is a single-level, four-bedroom house. I don’t mind gutter cleaning if that’s something you do, please mention it and quote accordingly.

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.
