The roof has 3 decorative eaves.The one shown has one meter of wood rot on a fascia caused through damaged grout. It has been repaired. 1.Cut off the wood rot. Join and waterproof a new section to the remaining facia and prime. 2.Clean and prime weathered woodwork on all three eaves and repaint with 2 topcoats. I supply the paint. Can you get the new fascia. I will pay.
