In the recent rains some water got in through our roof and discoloured some internal cornices. We’d like the seal re-done and the cornice re-painted or otherwise repaired.

Gutters cleaned around the whole house and 2 x downpipe repairs (both downpipes we believe is blocked with tree roots so might require replacement of that part)

Hi there We have approx 80 square metres of underfloor that needs insulation. Access is via a 1.5 m side entrance and lowest area is around 40cm. We are around Monday to Friday. We are in Oyster Bay.
