I have a Mercedes sprinter van with cracks and rust on the roof that need repairing. If someone can give me price on giving it a spray as well that would be great, doesn’t have to be sanded back or anything too perfect as it’s a roof…just something to cover the noticeable cracks and rust.

I have a small guttering/Roofing job. Need a gutter installed between a carport and veranda install with a downpipe install. Well pay for all the hardware plus labour. Need a drain installed and connected underground to downpipe. I have the drain but not the pipe. Distance is about 2m. Will need to be deep enough so not disturbed by working in garden

Pressure wash and clean front driveway, solar panels and front deck, front deck is composite so no staining/sanding etc required. Unsure how many solar panels is a 4kw system if that helps.

I have a rusted out square downpipe that my previous tenants look to have tried to fix with tape. Also a small bit of roofing where the guttering needs to be extended and downpipe perhaps moved if needed.

Roof penetration sealant has cracks. A membrane has been applied over the original rubber pipe/roof seal. Repairs or replacement of the seal required to ensure roof is well sealed.Sikaflex is a UV stabilised flexible sealant which would be suitable for repair, alternatively replacement of the original rubber seal would be ideal solution. Also roof ridge capping flashing requires rivets to be installed to secure and seal join.

An friend's single storey house being is extensively renovated, I have permission to recover PV system. Energex wiring is disconnected and rolled back to pole. Task is to disconnect 5.5kW of panels mounted on two faces of the roof, each panel to be disconnected from the string(s) at the panel's standard connector so the panels can be individually removed. Panels to be removed by others. Disconnect all wiring from wall mounted inverter at unit standard connectors, inverter to be removed by others.
