Installation of an Easy Shed 2.25 x 2.25 Gable Roof on Concrete slab undercover - Easy access

Our roof is leaking, concrete tiles 80s house, entering a room, maybe a few tiles cracked, may be getting in higher up on the caps, I did drill breathing holes in the caps and that seemed to fix it about 6 months ago but there's water getting in now. Potentially where the chimney exits.

Apply waterproof bitumen on a retainer wall,(less than 30m2). Atleast 2 sessions required and must be done before brick work starts on monday 26th Aug. See the brick wall on the picture

We have a high tree about 5mt x 30cm wide and has grown against the gutter. Damaging the gutter. It needs to be chopped down. It will need the brances taken off first so that it doesn't fall on the colourbond fence or neighbouring town house. It is in the Heritage Park complex at Berrys Head Rd. Narara and I'm pretty sure thers access from Old Pacific Rd to get equipment to it. I could meet you on site to instruct you as to the position. The offending tree has other privets around it. We're not sure if these need to also be removed to get access. Please let me know who is available to quote. We are Unit 36/11 Berrys Head Rd. Nanara.
