Scope of work: • Clean the balcony concrete floor and remove stains/efflorescence• Seal gaps between the brick wall and the concrete floor• Repair and seal around the pipe penetration• Repair any damaged corners or small cracks• Apply waterproof concrete sealer or epoxy coating to protect the surface• Inspect and clean the underside of the balcony and repair any damp or moisture areas if needed The balcony is small and easily accessible.

As seen in the photo 1, there are two bars on the roof, one on the left (front of the car) and one on the right (back of the car). The front bar is ok. The back bar (right side) is displayed a bit to the left side of the car (out of page). In photo 2, we can see that the rear bar is stretched to the left of the car a bit. In photo 3, it is the view from the right side, we can see the rear bar right side is dislocated/disconnected. However, the rear bar is still very firm. We want to align the rear bar to the normal position.

We have a leaky roof and it's taking on substantial water. The whole roof needs to be removed and redone. The existing internal gutter needs to be redone and a proper fall needs to be installed.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.
