I need help with waterproffing a wet area, tiling and some other building work. I am attaching some phoots to give you an idea of the area dn below the scope of work. Roof install and remove old

We some small droplets coming in in a section of our ceiling during heavy rain. We have a terracotta roof (circa 1938). We may also require the installation of a couple of whirly birds and a check that the rest of the original roof is ok.

Have just installed a water tank, and want to put a box gutter from the tank to the lawn. There's a concrete slab from the tank to the lawn which needs a box gutter width/depth cut into it for approx. 12m. Will pay extra $50 for the concrete to be removed.

House in Coorparoo needs gutters cleaned, half the house is 1 story, the other half is two stories.

Half Round Gutter 150mm diameter. Easy access at ground level. The old down pipe connection point was rusted and broken so we removed it and try to open another hole to reconnect the down pipe. We need this section of the gutter cut off and replaced, about 400mm from the old down-pipe hole to new down pipe hole. then the down pipe reconnected. Don’t worry about the colour, we’ll fix the paint.

Old roof is damaged have to be reinstalled

Leaking colour bond roof on a town house which is due to be replaced in 5 months but I need a quick fix. There is a DIY product called liquid rubber which looks good but open to ideas. Roof is approx 6 x 8m. If it works we will do the same to the other 4 more roofs.
