Roof on a single storey 2 bedroom unit needs some work. Concrete roof tiles. Looking to get these done: (1) clean roof and gutters (including the outside of the evap cooling unit which has lichen). (2) repoint ridge capping. (3) supply and replace broken tiles (2 tiles broken, unsure how many might be chipped, so maybe allow for 10 tiles). Repair of a hole in tile roof

I have a Golf GTI mark 6,2010. The sunroof opens but doesnt close properly . It closes flat ways but the tilt mechanism seems stuck and won't allow the glass to flatten down so that the sunroof can fully close. Mechanic has checked it and told me that it needs a part that he can't get due to the parts companies wanting to sell him a full unit that it doesn't need. I'm located in Point Cook. I have a fully closed garage to use if required for the repair.

We have a leak in our roof causing some water damage in roof of our bathroom. We presume there is a leak in the corrugated iron roof. There are also some sections of iron lifting up that need fixing. This is an old red corrugated iron roof.

Just want it done soon as it might rain and start leaking. The box gutter has been repaired and they had to remove x2 ridges that are about 1 meter long each.
