We have a leak in our roof causing some water damage in roof of our bathroom. We presume there is a leak in the corrugated iron roof. There are also some sections of iron lifting up that need fixing. This is an old red corrugated iron roof.

Inspect roof and fix any broken tiles or gaps.

I have just bought a Golf 2010. The sunroof opens and closes flat ways but the tilt mechanism seems stuck and won't allow the glass to flatten down so that the sunroof can fully close. Mechanic has checked it and told me that it needs a part that he can't get due to the parts companies wanting to sell him a full unit.

Hi, Recently purchased a property and the building inspection came with a recommendation to fix the garage roof which looks like it’s sagging/ warping. I got a 2010 holden commodore ve Berlina international sedan, the roof lining needs to be replaced to pass road Worthing, would like a new colour if possible. Not sure how much it would cost but not to high hopefully.

Replace 1 roof ridge cap to the same color & profile as existing. Replace 1 tile, and then install mortar bed and then repoint. Job is a double story and can be done whenever it suits you. Just want it done soon as it might rain and start leaking. The box gutter has been repaired and they had to remove x2 ridges that are about 1 meter long each.
