Two edge of roof need to rebed and repoint. Please note i can't do all roof repairs. Just need an urgent section

Rotten and broken timber fascia / eaves board at upper roof corner. Timber is weather-damaged, part has fallen off Access passage width: approx 1.1–1.2m Ladder shown in photos is 4.8m Scaffold may be required Timber board size as per photos (approx 900–1000mm length) Work required: Remove damaged timber, supply & install new treated timber, secure, seal and paint (or prime). Photos attached. Experienced carpenter / fascia repair preferred.

Repointing roof, replacing damaged tiles and fixing one leaking skylight. Must have license.

There seem to be a leak most probably due to some broken roof tiles and due to that the alfresco ceiling has some mould on it. The builder came in and replaced some roof tiles but since there are some solar panels exactly on top of where the leak (probably is) they couldn't check and replace any under. Need someone who can inspect the roof tiles under the solar panel and fix the leak.

Roof repair and maintenance, timber flashing replacement

A couple of roof tiles and morter has been dislodged and need to be fixed (see photo). I have spare tiles if required.

There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain. They are approximately in line with the flashing on the roof over the garage where the roof meets the second storey brickwork. There is possibly a second leak towards the gutter on the boundary side. The roof is lined with flat concrete roof tiles. Refer to the photos attached. Please quote for the following: 1. Investigate the leaks and identify areas that require repairing. 2. Assess any damage to the ceiling plasterboard and frame caused by the leak. 3. Apply a permanent repair that is compliant with the Building Code of Australia.

Terracotta tiled roof needs some repair/repointing done. Most of the roof is fine (see images). There is one section I can see that needs fixing (close up image) The house is a 1970s single story weatherboard with side access (see satellite image)

A section of gutter approximately 12m long has corroded and is leaking and needs replacing or repair. A section of fascia board also needs replacing.

Fix of the following items. 1.Upper storey down pipes discharging onto lower storey roof areas. 2. Valley irons are rusted. 3. Bedding and pointing to ridge caps is cracked and dislodged in multiple areas. 4. Lear gutter to the front right elevation of the lower storey roof area, must discharge onto a soaker flashing.
