We recently had a insurance claim. After insurer did roof inspection, they require below to be done on the roof before approving the claim. A proof of repair is required after job completed. - Please remove debris from valleys and gutters - Rectify slipped tiles - Repair chipped and cracked tiles - Rectify spreaders discharging onto flashings According to the roof inspector, there is just small problem to fix.
