Find a roof repair professional in East Brisbane

My outdoor patio has 2 narrow clear panels that got damaged with the hail recently.They are about 14cm wide and 3.3metres long.Looking to replace these or replace with the metal sheeting,preferably before Christmas.

Any qualified roofers/handypersons around that can replace these two sections of our patio roof before Xmas? Happy to pay for materials but will need all your own tool etc.

Replace cracked acrylic type roof tiles (hail damaged) with 3 standard concrete tiles, replace a further 4 cracked standard concrete tiles. (Including 3 under section of solar panels which are accessible) and replace a small cracked section of tile near the skylight. Low set house.

Roof has a box gutter that is leaking badly. Few cracked tiles and ridge tile need replacing as well. Internal water damage repairs start 23 June so hoping to have roof repaired prior to that. Looking for quotes. Alexandra Hills.

Can you please also provide me that quote painting waterproofing membrane to all possible opening / cracks and replace the old dektite as shown in the picture below, where: (1) The 2 blue squares are the new 2 dry pan flashing installed last year. Please also see attached photos. It appears there are gaps between the new dry pan flashing & old existing metal roof. Could rainwater get in these gaps? Please cover these gaps with waterproofing membrane. (2) The 2 purple circles are the new 2 dektites installed last year. No need to replace them. (3) The green circle is the old air conditioning pipes believed to be causing leakage. Please push these old pipes into the ceiling & cover the opening with dektite. (4) Red circle A is the ceiling leaking area. Believe leakages from anywhere of the roof may run into the ceiling beams, etc., leading to this area of the ceiling to leak. Hence please look at the entire area of shop 1 roof to identify possible cracks & cover them with waterproofing membrane. (5) Red circle B is the ceiling leaking area. Believe the problem is related to point (1) stated above. Also believe the chimney opening may take in rainwater to cause leakage there. Please advice would you know any chimney tradesman to remove this chimney. Believe they can sell the chimney for second-hand. (6) Red arrow C is the back common area. The ceiling is leaking next to the stormwater down pipe & through the light (see attached photo & video). Believe the box gutter sump may have cracks causing these leakages. Please paint waterproofing membrane to these cracks. (7) Red rectangle D is the location of neighbouring 3 chimneys. Believe the base of these 3 chimneys have leakages leading to Ceiling Area B to leak. Please paint waterproofing membrane to the base of these 3 chimneys.

We had a roof leak recently, and our insurance company sent someone out to do a “Make Safe”! They put some flashing on the area where there were cracks in the capping stone cement. The roofer that did the make safe told me that due to our insurance excess, it would not be worth making a claim. The contractor told me that the job was only small and required some of the small cracks filling in with roof cement. I am wanting a qualified experienced contractor to fix this issue please. I was told that the job would be approx $150

I eed old silo and removed from a fibreglass roof on my caravan new sealant applied to all joints n the roof then reseated and coated. Then 3 new ceiling panels installed. It is a small 16ft caravan. Heaps of room to access it - Due date: Before Sunday, 16 July 2023
