We have 2 small block wall garden beds that need to be rendered One is 60cm by 5 m long and the other one is curved. We tried to do the job but we don’t have the skill. We will supply all the render (Dunlop render ready to go) Just really front sides and top - as inside will need a bit but will have dirt eventually. Please experienced renderer only

Clean the exposed EPS edges Remove loose paint/foam. 2. Apply a flexible waterproof sealant inside the gap (Just to block airflow/water — doesn’t replace flashing.) 3. Install a vertical metal flashing / cover strip Usually: Colorbond folded flashing 0.55 mm or 0.75 mm gauge Colour matched (Surfmist or similar) It sits over the joint like a cap. 4. Screw into the solid substrate on both sides Use: Bonded washers Sealed screw penetrations Silicone edge beads if required 5. Paint touch-ups if needed

Render letter box repair

There is a small damaged section (around 15cm tall) on an exterior wall corner at ground level. The render has cracked and chipped off, exposing the plastic corner bead underneath. I’m looking for a simple, budget-friendly patch repair — not necesserily a full professional texture match (though open for qoute). Just need it filled, patched, and roughly blended so it looks tidy from a distance. We urgently need our rendered wall repaired to match the finish (we can do the painting). We drilled and patched a couple holes ourselves but it’s not exact as you can see The texture cement render needs to be more consistent we are told - so we can get our bond returned. Might just need to drill the holes out again and plug it to match unsure
