7.30am - 10.30am on Fri 24 May. Looking for 3 strong and fit men to help me with my house move. I have a truck and driver coming at 8am, but need helpers to lift, carry my furniture from my apartment in Dickson down to the truck (there is a lift). You would need to load it all into the truck (there is hydrolic lift for heavy items), and pack the truck so the furniture travels safely. Experienced removalists would be ideal for this. The driver will transport the furniture to my storage unit in Qeanbeyan, where you would need to unpack it from the truck and move it into the storage unit. The storage unit has limited space so needs to be packed to maximise space. Experienced removalists if possible please. There are lifts at both ends, and the truck comes with trolleys. I would need this job to start at 7.30am and estimate it would conclude by 10:30am - 3 hrs work for 3 strong, fit and efficient removalists who are prepared to move some large & heavy furniture using trolleys and a lift. There are also some fragile items which need care. In particular an upright stone fountain needs moving. It is heavy but has been moved many times by many people using a trolley - so not impossible (see photo)!
