We need the floors of the 1975 home we just purchased sanded and refinished before we move in on the 2nd of Jan. they are currently stained a really dark colour with a shiny finish and we want to take them back to their more natural tone with a matte finish. I’m not entirely sure of the square meterage but I will add photos of the areas to be sanded if you are able to estimate. I also will add the floor plan with the area to be sanded highlighted and photos of before the floor was stained darker. There are two small sets of stairs also. If exact measurements are required I will have them after the 22nd of December.

I am looking to get a small section of our wood floor repaired and refinished. The area under a desk chair has noticeable wear. The finish has worn off and there are some light surface marks but the rest of the floor is in good condition. I’ve already cleaned this outdoor wooden coffee table — now I just need someone to restore the top surface so it looks good again. It’s weathered, rough, and has water stains (see photo). Hi I’m looking for someone who can finish off the paint job above my stairs (I don’t have the appropriate ladder to get up high enough and have a fainting condition) Also looking for someone to sand back and my stairs to the natural wood and then finish them with the natural colour so no paint but with a more matte finish that’s easy to clean.
