Hi, I have two side tables made by my grandfather in the 40's that I would like sanded back, repaired where needed (one crack in the wood of the oval table) and stained black. There is another item, a blanket box that also needs sanding back, repair to the base and also stained black. The stain colour may change but likely black unless you have another suggestion. There is no real time limit and we would be happy for them to be done all at once or as it may fit with your schedule. I'm very happy to negotiate price as I'm no expert in this type of work or what it costs, however, I'm trying to minimise the cost where I can. Thanks, Nat

Sand timber back to clean timber and apply 3 coats of Matt varnish. Facade is around 8 x 2.5m including the doors/windows. Location is on commercial street so sanding would need to be done out of hours ie early morning or late night Optional extras to be charged separately 1) repaint ceiling in same area 2) repaint window frames. hi there, i have this Ikea Kitchen island- TORNVIKEN, hoping to get a new paint on the white pieces, and apply a layer of finish on the wood tops to make it darker. One of the lower smaller wood shelves has some scratches and dents from the screws, i want to get that smoothed out as well. The unit is currently disassembled for easy transportation and painting. Two adjoining rooms have hardwood floors. We have taken up the carpet and tiles that were covering it and we now want to bring the floors up to the same as the rest of the house. I spilled acetate on our table. Unfortunately it has lifted the lacquer in some places. I believe it will need to be sanded back and re lacquered. I think only the top will need doing. Looking for someone who has experience with this in particular. Flexible on price, I am not sure what to expect.

Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. But I won’t have a full re-sand done so soon as one was only done 3 years ago. I am seeking quotes. I will remove and replace my own furniture. Thanks
