Install dishwasher in my kitchen

Certified and insured plumber required for leak detection. Available anyday/time. Issue: Water drops are visible on under side of elevated concrete floor slab approx 1m~ from east external wall. Estimate 1-2L dripping per day. Easy access to this location via a door in garage to get under rest of the house (observable as soon as open door). As the water is seeping through concrete slap/floor the cause is not immediately obvious. Nearest water pipe/fixture as i understand would be being a toilet about 2m away, there is a drip there also but less. Then there is a bathroom approx 3-4m~ (2m from toilet). In the opposite direction at least 5m away there is a laundry. We stopped using the bathroom shower for a few days and did not notice any decrease in the issue. I have applied shower gap water proofing to shower whilst it was not in use. Seems cause is something else. Tasks: 1. Diagnose and identify cause / where leak is. You must have the appropriate leak detection equiptment (Thermal imaging, dye etc) to accurately identify cause of leak, location, and provide appropriate evidence. No damage to property is to occur as part of investigation. 2. Provide recommendations to resolve above. 3. Replace mini stop / isolation valve under kitchen sink. One does not seem to work (e.g. requires mains to be turned off). Exact replacements parts to be agreed on in advance and should not be 1/4 turn. 4. General check for water hammer/rattling pipes (cold tap). Increased recently not sure why. Tried to flush system a few times but didnt make any difference. Maybe some other taps need valve/washer replaced. Please either quote for job, or provide an rate card e.g. per 30 or 60mins.

Need to remove dishwasher from cupboard so new kitchen flooring can be installed. Appears to be mounted in there but can’t locate screws. Need someone with experience etc. thanks!

Plumber required to finalise installation of barbecue and outdoor sink. Existing gas point needs to be changed to a bayonet to suit bbq gas hose. Existing water isolation points need renewing and have 90 degree bends added. Both the water points and gas point cannot protrude more than 70mm from the render, to fit within the void behind the alfresco. 60mm waste needs extending and directing into back of sink unit.

Roof has been serviced and maintained but the previous roofer did not address two leaks which have been outstanding. The leaks are minor and only happens in heavy rains. Need to engage a professional license and insured roofer to specifically fix the two leaks.
