Existing tap is leaking in bathroom sink. I have bought new tap and would require a person to replace it.

We are new tenants in a rental, I’ve had to get lots of things fixed. The toilets are constantly refilling and making that annoying noise you hear normally after you flush. It stops sometimes, which is annoying cause it stopped when the real estate came to check it so he thought nothing was wrong. It’s both the toilets in the house, it’s constant and it’s annoying 😂 Can someone please send me a quote on how much to fix this as the real estate is taking there time!

Small leak in the plumbing below bathroom basin. The kitchen basin silicon needs replacing with either clear or white silicon glue.

Need to replace an existing bathroom vanity (roughly 750mm) with a similar sized new one which we have already bought. Slight readjustment of tiles (on the sides) might be needed. The new vanity has a new tap, pop up waste and a ceramic top which need to be fitted. We will dispose off the old vanity ourselves. Thanks.
