Am replacing an old tap and one of the connections is difficult to unscrew and in an awkward position.

Repair of leaking front garden tap. Slow drip, likely a simple washer replacement.

The water when showering does not go down instantly it takes about 10-15mins to go down after having a shower. The water floods the ground of the shower

SIngle-lever mixer tap (wall-mounted) is leaking. Likely just need cartridge replaced. Job is to inspect and fix including acquisition of materials.

I've got a 7 month Bosch Series 4 9kg WAN24126AU. I've moved into a rental apartment but fully screwing the water intake hose to the water intake is proving quite difficult due to poor design of the tap and the power point. Plus the bulky filter on the intake hose itself is also blocking the power socket. Will preferably need a certified plumber or professional installer. As some kind of flexible pipe extension might be needed to make it easy to screw on the water intake hose. Without that I don't think it's possible to screw on the water intake hose securely. It's not a job for someone who's simply going to use pure force that later makes it impossible to unscrew the hose. Small bonus: I would likely also need a clamp for the drain hose to make sure it's properly secured. But I could get this myself. Could negotiate on price but the full amount will only be paid for a solution that doesn't permanently change the tap, and that allows the hose to be screwed on and off easily. I have two showers and two basins that require taps and shower heads replaced. I have the fittings, I just need them fitted. I also have two old soap dishes I want removed.

Looking for a licensed plumber to repair two leaking mixer taps: 1 : Bathroom basin tap – water is leaking from the top of the handle, then runs down the body and drips into the under-sink cabinet. 2 : Kitchen tap – water is leaking from the handle area, and it pools around the base on the benchtop. 💧 Both taps are mounted and accessible. 🔧 Please supply all necessary parts (e.g. cartridges, seals).

Retic system was leaking which has been temporary stopped. master vavle solanoid needs to be replaced.
