Remove old bathroom vanity. Replace it with new vanity.

The toilet cistern in not holding water and is constantly leaking into the bowl, making it unable to flush. As much as I can tell with very little knowledge of how a toilet works, my guess is it is the inlet valve, but I am unable to follow the Bunnings Instructions shown as I cannot remove the inlet valve. I have included a few pictures that might help you get a better idea but I am really at a loss. I have also contacted the my real estate in hopes that they are able to do something about it ASAP

Hot water flow low pressure. Cold water flows great. Tried to put video up want let me. Green light on when nothing happening, green light will flash when tap turned on.

The shower tap is leaking, even after replacing the jumper valve. There is not enough metal left in the tap spindle socket to reseat and this will need replacing on the pipe. The waterproof shower wall panel on the wall will need to be removed to access the pipe.

Sewage pipe is blocked. It’s been blocked many times before so it needs to be jetted out so the tenants can use the toilet. Also the pipe needs to be dug up and replaced
