Looking for screeding for fall to our new drains in a commercial shop. We have 3 linear drains ranging between 4 and 5 metres as well as 3 spot drains needing screeding prior to flooring going down on the 12th June

Looking to get screeding done in my commercial bathhouse for 3 linear drains (14 linear metres, 3 spot drains) in Sandgate

We've just upgraded our kitchen sink and need someone to connect the waste pipes properly. The sink is already installed and we’ve got all the parts here – it’s a double P-trap setup. The job is really just: Cutting and connecting the waste pipes to suit the new sink position A bit of adjustment to the existing setup (the old waste was slightly further back) Sealing everything up properly The fall looks fine and everything lines up pretty well – it's a small, tidy job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Shouldn’t take long.

Change over shower head to new style

I have 2 downpipes at my house that have cracked at the lower bends (where the duct tape is on the photos). Would like to repair/replace the damaged bend and install a suitable movement joint to avoid ongoing soil movement issues.

Shallow gully drain (3 metres) to be dug in and connected to existing stormwater pipe.

Require a cat genie to be plumbed into laundry sink, replace 3-4m guttering, gap screw hole in skylight frame, replace existing toilet. Photos show toilet setup, cat genie drain goes around the back of the washing machine as well as a bend setup under sink. Gutter is about 3m long. Access can be easily reached. Photo of roof shows the bathroom vent pipes. The hole either needs a roof screw and seal screwed in or filled with silicone. 3metre access off back roof. I have been up there myself. Easy as.

Easy job just remove elbow and add extension pipe. Easy access. I believe I have the pipe required.

Small leak at base of shower, need fixed before moving into property. $30/Hr

Simpson washing machine that works but does not switch to hot water. The tap runs hot behind so issue with machine itself. Simpson SWT8043 8kg washer.

We require a plumber to install a new tap in our bathroom basin (we've already bought the new tap from Bunnings). Also, fix a leaking pipe re our outside drain. See photos for more detail

Need help to install a plumbed fridge. I have tried myself but water tube is leaking.

One old down pipe needs to be replaced and clean gutter if necessary

Move laundry out under back deck and install a small bathroom with shower and basin. Highset house built under on slab. Plumbing in wall exposed now due to flood damage.

Leak on the P trap that needs to be sealed

Drip from drainage pipe under shower tray. Not sure of source. I thought it was the sealant round the drain but I repaired that ( see picture) and Issue has returned. Easy to access pipe as house is not built in underneath (see picture) of dripping pipe and deposit on slab underneath. Need someone who can diagnose the issue and repair. Also have a leaky bathroom tap needs fixing. - Due date: Flexible
