I am building a batroom with laundry and kitchen. Sewer pipes are left outside the room for convenience . There will be some concrete cutting involved, gas connection for stove, hot and cold water for bathroom, laundry, sink and kitchen.installation of toilet with bidet. There is already a gas connection in the room which can be tapped into. Hot water and cold water connection is behind the room. For kitchen sink pipes can be run from outside and connect to the waste outlet left off the ground( no concrete cutting required).

Hi, we have an extra toilet in the store room / shed of our backyard. It doesn’t have a basin / hand wash and hence planning to install a wall hung basin - simple, the better. The job is to fix the basin and ensure water connection and also connecting to the drainage at closest point- not sure if can be connected to toilet itself - but need expert advice.

There's no hot water in one of our shower taps. But this is not always the case, every once in a while - it magically starts working again. We can't figure out what it is. This is only a problem for this shower. Hot water works fine everywhere else in the house, including the sink in the same bathroom. This needs fixing.

Installing a new toilet seat. I need to take off the old toilet seat - but the screws in the old toilet seat are hard to remove. Tried normal Philips head and flat head, they won’t catch.

The toilet inlet valve is not working. It needs a replacement.
