Hi, I need an experienced plumber or drain specialist to unblock the main pipe under my house. The Issue: My kitchen sink is blocked. I believe the blockage is not just in the P-trap, but further down in the main drainage pipe under the house. You may need have professional heavy-duty equipment for main lines. Property details: It's a house. Easy access to the under-house area.

Cistern joint is leaking so need replacement. Get a new cistern and replace it. I will pay separately for cistern.

I need to replace two-bathroom showers, two-bathroom basin taps, one bathtub tap and one laundry tap. Picture included for existing one. I would like to install mixer tap for the basin and shower. Please let me know the charges based on each tap. I will install just basic taps. For laundry and bath tub tab is dripping so please suggest if replacing the tap is needed or just replacing the rubber inside will work. I am happy to buy myself or you can supply. Thanks.

Hi, A sinkhole has appeared under the house. I need it fixed. It has moved the house and there is a hole, which seems to be growing, under the house. Currently, HWS circuit is mixed with power and not on its own circuit. Looking to get it on a dedicated line. It is 4.8kw Also, looking to get installed a Timer (Shelly Pro 1PM) and Contactor (Hager 25 Amp (AC1) 2 Pole Contactor With 230 Volt AC Coil & 2 x N/O Auxilary Contact). I can provide both of these.
