There's some water leaking from the toilet flush I believe. Sometimes the flush water tank doesn't fill up so when I press the flush button, nothing happens. Then when I press the flush button or open the tap in the sink next to the WC, I can hear water filling up in the tank. At times there is also a small stream of water leaking from the flush tank into the toilet bowl. Current pipe has only one outlet that goes to the toilet. One outlet needs to be replaced with the double outlet and then connect the bidet spray. For two toilets in the same apartment. I have brought the double outlet cistern and the bidet spray.
