Fix leaking pipes under kitchen sink - Due date: Flexible

My bathroom sink tap needs to be fixed. I turned the hot water tap on and as i turned it off to switch the water off, the water goes to slow down then to full blast. It turns continuiously now. When i press down and put pressure on the tap and angle it slightly, the water flow slows right down and just drips. I have used a spanner to angle it.
