The main line to continue to the point under the rear deck. - Excavate and connect onto the existing sewer for an ORG and install a hose tap over the top. - Connect the water at the front of the building onto the existing poly pipe work. - Install a shut off valve for the water and a pressure limiting valve. - Install 2 x hot water units (supplied) under the rear deck. Run the overflow pipe work from both units to a legal discharge point - ORG. - Fit off downstairs bathroom - toilet, vanity and shower. - Install gas regulator and connect copper pipe work to the gas cooktop. Test gas and issue compliance plate & certificate All needs to be done in accordance with whatever standard certification/QBCC requires and we need a form 4 issued.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area.
