we have some chrome taps that need polishing back to brass. about 4 tap sets at the moment

Have replaced washers and still leaks. Might need reseating. Not ceramic washers. Also have a leaking garden tap.

Tap won’t turn off - continually running water.

URGENT RETIC REPAIR- Split in poly pipe - needs urgent repair as can't find how to stop leak other than shutting off mains

The drainage near the garden is blocked, full then pup out, some surface water has been taken out, show as the picture below

Cut hot and cold water pipes servicing kitchen sink near wall -Supply and install MI bushes and brass caps -Cut drain servicing kitchen sink and cap -Remove isolation tap servicing WC and cap water point -Remove tapware to laundry trough, leave spindles in place and cap outlet

Existing dishwasher hose is leaking at connection. Need a new hose connected. I can provide the new hose.

Check retic sprinkler heads, replace broken ones and replace 1 small section retic pipe.

I’m looking for someone to come and repair my reticulation. There seems to be no water pressure so possibly a broken pipe?

There’s a tennis ball stuck in the pool filter line, held in place by a small protruding tree root. I need a plumber with a plumbing snack to pull it out.

Shower and kitchen water does not go down the drainage pipe. It comes upward the outlet well in the backyard. FYI, SAME THING HAPPENED BEFORE. That time a plumber used A MANUAL BUT BIG SNAKE AUGER going downward the outlet well in the garden backyard. He PULLED UP A FIST OF FEMALE LONG HAIR and that's it, problem solved. Simple task took the folk 15 minutes to unclog it that time. House on ground floor. Shower water inlet in house and outlet well only a wall apart.

3 Tasks: 1. My toilet which has a hidden cistern (only accessible through the small round push button) is running water like the flush valve or water height measurement is faulty. 2. Replace bath tub hardware which was leaking. 3. Replace shower hardware that’s leaking at the tube.
