Two tasks please: 1. Replace the flexible hot water hose on the bathroom tap. The nuts are difficult to get to behind the basin and they are very tight. 2. Replace the kitchen sink tap and hoses. I have the new kitchen tap and bathroom hoses.

Changing a tap in bathroom

I have a leak somewhere in the joins of the downpipe at the front of my house which leaks onto the driveway (see images). Your mission is to seal the leak.

Replace old tap with a new mixer. Old tap has some silicon job done underneath(See attached photos for details)

Water is leaking out of the base of the toilet

Water is leaking in around the tap base and then going under the sink and damaging the cupboard carcass. The tap needs to be resealed. As well the sealer around the sink is getting water under it and needs replacing.

Need a qualified plumber to replace kitchen single tap mixer.

Swap out storage hot water system. Existing is operating, need to decommission the old and connect the new reusing existing parts where possible. Task is for labour only, parts will obviously be additional depending on what needs to be done. I am getting a new stone island bench top installed and need a plumber to disconnect the mixer and the kitchen sink and pipes on the 24th June and reinstalled on 27th June. The reinstall may require some additional plumbing as a different sink is going in (installing an under mount sink).
