There is a bath tub on the above level bathroom, and the water is leaking from the pipes below into the living room. I have got the upstairs bathroom sealed multiple times, but everytime we empty the tub, water leaks from the pipes below still. The pipes are not connected properly to the tub, or maybe the sealant between the joints has become loose, so new piping will have to be done, from underneath, after cutting the gyprock. Bath tub tap is running non stop. Need to stop running water tap.

Need a handyman to fix a leaking laundry tap. I previously changed the washer, which temporarily stopped the leak, but it has started leaking again. Not sure if the issue is with the spindle or worn-out tap head threads. Also need the bathroom exhaust fan checked and repaired (not working), and one toilet seat replaced. There is no clog at the moment but the flushing makes the water rise and the water comes out of the base of the commode.
