Overflow pipe from exterior water tank has been fitted incorrectly and requires repair. It looks like the previous owners have tried to solve the problem with extra silicon, but this has failed, and water easily leaks out. I believe a flange needs to be installed.

We need to install new toilets for 2 of our bathrooms. Alongside this we want to change the benchtop for the current vanities and add standalone sinks with new taps.
