Hello, Looking for a regular, fortnightly cleaner for my home in Forest Lake. It is a 2 story home with no carpets. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 toilets and 2 baths. Edited: I cut and paste the list from the routine email list. Basically similar to a bond clean but with all furnishings still in place so technically no not a bond clean. I usually do all this myself before inspection but I recently had surgery and I cannot physically do it all alone. I keep the house clean as best I can but to prepare for inspection which is now a few days before I have fully recovered I need an extra hand with this n ideally to have the requirements in the list below met. We sweep mop wipe clean on the daily. But ideally on 24 or 25 to ensure house is just sparkling clean before inspection because I have a hospital review on 26/2 same day as inspection i will be unavailable to do this myself. Can’t answer all qsnts hope this helps. Kitchen • Cooking areas – clean oven, racks, and stove top. • Exhaust hood – clean all oil marks, wash filters • Benches – wipe down all surface areas and walls • Cupboards – Cleaning of the surfaces and even an empty and wipe out Bathrooms and laundry • Walls – Wipe down walls/tiles and tile tops • Mirrors – clean all mirrors • Basin – clean basin and drain, wipe down all bench tops, wall tiles and taps • Shower – clean glass, taps and shower head, remove mould from grout, mop floor • Toilet – scrub and disinfect including under seat and around the outside of the bowl • Extras – wipe down soap holders, towel rails, toilet paper holder and exhaust fan Inside - Lounge, dining, bedrooms etc. • Walls – wipe down all walls, scrub off marks, remove cobwebs from corners • Windows – clean all windows and doors inside and out. Hi there I could really use some help to declutter and organise my garage. I have attempted to do this on my own several times but it becomes too overwhelming and I end up giving up which causes me stress as I feel like a failure. There is stuff I would like to donate, throw out and marketplace sell, I just need someone motivated, energetic, patient and kindhearted to help me get through this as I can’t do it on my own. If this declutter is successful I may have other jobs to offer down the track. I work to a six week roster which means I get some weekends off but then have days off during the week so if you are also free week days then that would be great.
