DESCRIPTION Seeking a licensed & insured NSW plumber/drainage contractor to inspect and provide a formal written quote for stormwater pipe repairs at my home in Engadine. JOB OVERVIEW: - Stormwater pipe from property to kerbside outlet is completely blocked/collapsed near the outlet, caused by roots from a Council street tree (confirmed by plumber’s inspection). - Need a reroute or replacement of the affected section, from property to a new/cleared kerb outlet. - Works may involve trenching under the front lawn and cutting/reinstating a section of footpath. - Must connect securely to Council stormwater system and comply with NSW standards. WHY THIS IS AN ATTRACTIVE JOB - This is a Council insurance matter — repair costs will be reimbursed once works are approved and completed. - Quotes will be submitted to Council’s insurer for settlement. - The plumber who provides the winning quote will be first in line to do the full job when approved. WHAT'S NEEDED NOW - Site visit to inspect the current stormwater outlet and run. - Formal written quote on company letterhead (with ABN, licence number and GST breakdown). - Clear outline of labour, materials and reinstatement work. SITE ACCESS: - Single residential property, two-storey house. - Easy street parking. - Outlet is approx. 1m right of driveway. Install dishwasher on top bench kitchen. As shown in the photos, dishwasher have all the inputs, hose to be installed and put in the bench top so hose can reach the pipes. Might need an hose extension to reach pipe under the sink.

Dishwasher won’t drain water

The hot water valve won’t close, and the pipe is leaking under the sink. Now, the cold water shut-off valve is also dripping. The shut-off valve to close the water flow is leaking.

I am needing a handy man to remove and install a new shower head in bathroom. I am wanting a shower head with a detachable shower head installed. Similar to picture. I would like the person to come and look at what my current shower recess and then purchase the correct head needed to achieve this and install it… I also have a 2 year old dryer, that seems to work for a few minutes then cuts out, was hoping to have this looked at too.

Gday gday, I’ve bought a commercial ice maker and it needs a continuous water supply, I’ve got everything needed to complete the job but seeing as I’m in a rental I’d like someone experienced or qualified to do the job for me as I can’t afford to stuff it up.
