Water leakage from Lv1 shower. Water drips can be seen from the ground floor ceiling. It could be pipe leak behind the wall or waterproof leak through the tiles on the floor. Need solution and quote. Inspection welcome on Saturday.

I have three minor plumbing tasks: 1. Laundry Tap: the water flow from the tap is very low. Rotating the mini cistern tap underneath does not seem to change the flow. Need someone to find out why and fix it. 2:Kitchen Sink:Water is leaking from an unused branch (spigot) on the drain pipe. Need to seal. 3.Bathroom Sink:There is a leak at the junction of the drain pipe (near the large white nut).

I am looking for an experienced handyman or plumber to replace a bathroom basin mixer. I have attempted to remove the existing basin mixer but have run into an issue with one of the screws. The screw appears to be an Allen key variant or a non standard fitting, and a standard Phillips head screwdriver has not worked. The screw is extremely tight and may be seized. I can provide and attach clear photos of the basin mixer and the stuck screw to the task for reference. I am open to purchasing a chrome lever style basin mixer if the tasker already has one available and suitable. Please note the listed budget is for labour only. Any parts or fittings would be paid separately. Need to have toilet seat removed. Screws under toilet are tight. Also install new seat. Bunnings will do this for $69

The old shower head elbow for connecting to the wall water outlet is broken. Need to connect a new shower head elbow to the wall water outlet. Note: I tried to connect myself but the angle towards to the wall is not straight, the thread might be torn. If forcing in, it might cause further damage to the thread and water leakge might be present as well.

I need help to replace the old basin mixer with a brand new one - they are exactly the same product (see photos for reference), new one arriving tomorrow 21st August. So preferably installed asap after it arrives. Ps: we live in a near new building and know how to switch off the water supply for our apartment. Parking also available downstairs.

First one is a tap that leaks (photo shows where it leaks from at the base of the hook thing). We would also like to get an estimate on getting some new showerheads installed. Hand held shower needs to be replaced - made a popping sound this morning and though still intact water spouts from sides of nozzle erratically. This is a hand held with metal hose etc - not sure if nozzle or whole piece needs to be replaced

A plumber has been unable to clear a blockage using a water jet and electric eel. They believe a pipe has collapsed in which case we would need to replace a new boundary trap up to the main board.
