We had some new downpipes installed and now need to connect these to the soakwells. Job requires lifting paving and reinstating. Digging and pipe connection to soakwell and installing grate under downpipe.

I need to get a 90mm pipe connected from the gutter over the path and into a small rainwater tank. I want to also have a diverter (which i already have) to be put in to the pipe going into the tank.

Replace an outdoor leaking tap

Stonemason needed to cut tap holes in basin sink. Happy to drop the basin to a factory etc

1 toilet seat inspect and check if needs replacing or just fixing / tightening. 2nd toilet seat replacement needed. Need to buy new seat and install. I’ll reimburse for the new seat cost.

Remove existing, working tap at the kitchen sink and install similar, new, extendable one. I don’t think it requires a plumber, rather a handyman-type person with some general plumbing know-how. Access under the sink looks pretty good.

There’s a bad smell emanating from the plumbing so would like the plumbing checked.
