We need help to extend our input/ output pipe to successfully connect our washing machine

Need to fix water damaged ceiling at the kitchen. Probably due to water sipping from external wall. Would prefer a solution to repair and stop the root cause. If you see the attached photo, the white area near the ceiling is getting damp due to water leak. Note this a ground floor unit. Would prefer someone to come in first and give a quote.

I need an old bathroom sink removed and replaced with a new pedestal basin.

Need a fridge to be Plumbed in at apartment but do not have tap / water near fridge. Will need to install from under the sink and behind drawers/cupboards/wall into fridge area or however you deem fit.

Install the new dishwasher and take the old away.

Just fix the lid will be fine. It seems that the nut underneath is missing, and the replacement part doesn’t fit properly.

Three tasks. 1. Toilet seems to be partially blocked. The toilet water level is normal, but after flushing the water, bowl fills up to near full. Over few minutes the water will drain slowly back to normal. I have used 2 different plungers but unable to get a vacuum seal due to the shape of the drain. 2. A different bathroom sometimes has little bit water comes of drain. A few years ago a plumber addressed the blockage by removing a ball of hair. Check drain to see if its slightly blocked 3. Shower head water pressure is quite low despite the tap water pressure in the same bathroom being good and another bathroom shower has good presure also.

My 2012 Xtrail T31 has an a/c leak and the heater & a/c control is broken (gear behind the hot/cold knob is broken) A/C is only blows out hot air at the moment. My mechanic has done the following already: - Re-gas with sealant - A/c system flush - Dye flush to detect leaks - Leak detected on 2x pipes to a/c condenser. 2x new o-rings fitted - Some dye detected on the condenser itself - Fix Coolant leak and system flush - New tx valve - New radiator Mechanic recommendations: - Check evaporator to see if it needs to be replaced - Replace condenser - Determine if there are any further leaks found when dash is removed - Replace a/c & heater control box due to broken gear. (can only be manually stuck on either hot or cold) - Re-gas
