Needing the kitchen sink unclogged, after a few minutes of running water it starts to overflow. Have tried plunger and drain o clean and pushed through a 4.5m cleaning tool. Would also like to replace the tap with a new tap, will be getting one from bunnings

Screw on toilet seat broken

pipe t section needs to be cut out and re-connected and welded back into place to stop leak on hot water system. Used welder glue but pressure pushed through, will need to cut out and new joiner. Quick easy job!

My property's main water tap got damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired so it can be used. It's located near the mailbox at the front of the driveway

I have connected a water hose for my new washing machine from the washing machine connection to the laundry connection tap. However it is leaking from the tap connection side. I need the hose made more secure and not causing any leaks. I hear a skilled plumber can make the connection more secure. Hoping to find someone and also do a quick test with them with the washing machine to make sure no more leaks. I've highlighted the leaking bit in red in the photos. If a plumber could please bring any equipment and material with them to fix this, please do so.

I was away and had someone house-sitting. On return, my toilet gurgles when using laundry or shower (same room). I believe that kitty litter has been thrown down the toilet as this is what this person did at her residence. I expect this to be a drain blockage. -------- I have had someone come look at it and they mentioned significant grease build up in the drain needing pressure blast.

Seeking a plumber to change existing pool plumbing to fit a new chlorinator. Existing plumbing comes up into the chlorinator from the bottom but the new chlorinator has the outlet from the end. See images for reference. Plumbing will need to be changed to fit. Thanks

1) ceiling shower head has a slight leak, would need to access through loft. 2) a leak is coming downstairs from that bathroom, may need to silicone a section. 3) check drainage

Doing a kitchen renovation, Need both hot and cold water pipes cut down about 400mm off floor and closed off until kitchen installed.
