I am looking for an experienced professional to carry out the following works: 1. Repair cracks in the existing render walls and apply a two-coat render system to the affected areas, ensuring it matches the surrounding rendered surfaces, using appropriate waterproofing solutions. 2. Carry out repairs, including plastering and paint touch-ups (2 times) on the exterior ceilings of porch and alfresco and interior walls. Use waterproofing solutions as well.

I need a wall fixed and painted at a rented property. There was a hole in the wall which required plastering (see Picture 1 – before). However, the plasterer did not finish the job properly and the wall surface is uneven and messy (see Pictures 2 & 3 – after). Tasks required: • Fix and smooth the existing plaster • Prepare the wall properly • Paint the repaired area to match the wall Please note: I do not have matching paint, so the tasker will need to supply paint. We got an old AC decomissioned and removed, but that left behind holes and marks on the inner plaster side and a literal hole in the wall on the outer brick side. We need it repaired and made presentable. We have a couple of extra bricks available if required.
