Long story short, mum passed away house was neglected my dad still lives there however we are renovating the house to sell. There is a bit of plastering to do however we are just wanting someone to come in and patch all the holes to get the house ready for paint there are also some cornice to replace I can’t upload all the photos not sure why.

The plaster in alfresco needs to be moved up with screwing to be even. Seems the screws have come out

I need a wall fixed and painted at a rented property. There was a hole in the wall which required plastering (see Picture 1 – before). However, the plasterer did not finish the job properly and the wall surface is uneven and messy (see Pictures 2 & 3 – after). Tasks required: • Fix and smooth the existing plaster • Prepare the wall properly • Paint the repaired area to match the wall Please note: I do not have matching paint, so the tasker will need to supply paint. need to fix this issue before end of lease. tried to do the bar of soap method but not sure it’ll suffice. need someone who knows how to repair these to come do so
