Scope of Work • Cut and neaten hole edges • Install backing support if required • Fit a plasterboard patch • Tape and apply joint compound in layers • Sand smooth and finish flush with ceiling • Prime and paint to match existing ceiling colour Location: Haymarket • Ceiling is standard height • You will need to bring tools and materials • Paint needs to be colour matched

Demolition Floating Gyprock Wall and remove waste. Wall is approximately 1.6m high by 5m long

There is already an existing GPO on the opposite side of the wall. The wall is standard gyprock. See attached reference image for the exact wall and the exact highlighted area. 2 x patches where gyprocking has been cut out need fixing. 1 x area is approx 40cm x 40cm and has existing gyprock piece, no need to bring your own 1 x area is approx 3 m long x 15cm-20 cm wide, you may need some offcuts patching and 1 coat of paint required (ceiling white or similar)

Repair small hole (4cm x 8cm )in plaster wall. Leave ready for painting.

Patch up Gyprock holes in ceiling - Due date: Flexible

Require proper repair and re-enforcement of the small areas displayed in the picture. Needs to be properly fixed so it is strong enough to support new blinds that will be installed in this area. Also require touch up after work is done with paint. Paint will be provided but you may need to bring your own brush. The wall is made from Gypsum so this is a classic Gyprocker task. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 26 March 2023

caulk up my room/ seal up a few joints

Gyprock wall needs to be removed in my Office and building manager will not allow to do the work without the work insurance. Tasks in details: 1) Remove "L Shape" Gyprock wall 2) Power points need to be relocated I tried to take pictures in detail which might give some idea about the work.
