Hi, I need an experienced dry waller to install drywall over some exposed bricks in a home. Half the height of 3 walls in a bedroom has been rerendered due to rising damp remediation. It needs a super thin coat of plaster to even it out. There is also two little spots in the hallway that need to be plastered as well.

Located in a house in Petersham. All stud walls have been built, but may require more stud to allow for plasterboard joint locations. You to supply 10mm plasterboard, plaster, tools, timber stud, everything to complete job: Plaster, base coat, top coat and sanded - ready for painting. Some of the walls are on upper level and must be accessed from ground floor. 2 man team, provide your own ladders, etc. It is part of an open space, so no excessive dust. No parking on site, but street parking is usually ok if starting early. Walls have timber panels. These will be removed to expose studs for plaster. 2 x Walls (same size): 3.6m (l) x 2.6m (h) – This wall is on level 1. One side is reachable from the upper level, the other side is a void.
