I need someone experienced to hang one framed wall print securely on an internal plasterboard wall. Frame size is approx. 59.4 × 84.1 cm. The frame already has hanging brackets on the back. I would like it hung using two strong suitable plasterboard anchors / fixings, so it is secure, levelled, sitting flat against the wall, and visually centred in the wall space. We had some mould damage in a bedroom, and 2 patches in the bathrooms. The infected areas were dried out with industrial fans, and I just need the plaster on the walls replaced, along with the skirting boards in the bedroom.

There are 3 large-ish cracks in the living area ceiling, hopefully just the house settling (its only a few years old). These are too big to paint over and a little bit of the gyprock on the ceiling is peeling away, so they will need plastering / skimming before they can be painted. We have the correct paint for the walls / ceiling areas that need painting.

Repair ceiling in 4 locations

I need a section of the ceiling in my studio fixed. Please see photos. The space is cramped but otherwise easy to access. I'm open to how the task is done. I want the section in the photos to look like the section at the other end of the studio - also in the photos. I'm open to discussion on date/time that works for us both.
