Minor wall paint chips, spot repair only. There are several very small paint chips in one small area of a wall. Photo attached with my hand for scale. I am looking for a quick sand, patch if needed, and spot paint and blend only. I am not looking for the whole wall to be repainted. I understand a slight blend difference is possible and that is fine.

Looking for someone to: - remove the gyprock partition and architrave as pictured (waste can be left on site) - patch the rear wall as required where the partition was, and sand ready for painting (do not need to paint) - patch the ceiling where the exhaust fan is and sand ready for painting (do not need to paint) - install new floor tiles where the partition was. I need kitchen ceiling to be gyprocked and patched with cornice. All materials we’ll be supplied! Just need labour to install!

I’ve got a hole in the ceiling where a light fitting was removed and a couple of screws were removed. They need to be plastered over. It’s an old ceiling from the 1930s, if that makes a difference!

We need our backyard studio to be insulated, and to get plaster boarding, window and door architraves, skirting boards etc done. We would also like a floating floor to be installed. Two jobs: 1. replace a couple of leaking places in ceiling (roof has been fixed to stop the leaking from there already). Around 1m*2m and 1.5m*2m for each place respectively. 2. move position for one door. e.g. open a new door from a gyprock wall and close an existing door place with gyprock. Standard door, around 82cm*200cm.
