There is an existing crack in the ceiling of our bedroom’s lath and plaster ceiling. Crack is approx 1200mm-2000mm in length and 1-3mm wide, I am not sure what has caused it. Want this patched and then the ceiling (3.5m x 3.5m) repainted. Timing is flexible over the next month.

We require some simple wall painting (roller fine) and touch up painting and fix of some plaster bumps and holes for our event venue in East Malvern. We are not quite sure of prices so have provided a guide only. See photos and floor plan of venue for an idea of size. We would expect a meeting on site to measure accurately and assess requirements. I need a licensed plumber to move the plumbing for a wall tap that has been taken out of the frame due to the wall needing to be rebuilt. It needs to be relocated 500mm from the original spot so will need to be lengthened. It’s for a wall tap set in a powder room. Needs to happen tomorrow by lunchtime as plasterers need to plaster the wall urgently. Thanks
