Previous owners have done some dodgy repair work where plaster patches have been done but not sanded back before painting and other patches need to be sanded and possible redone. There is also a small piece of cornice to install. I want the end result to be a smooth and completed ceiling. I do have plaster items and cornice on site. I also do have binder/sealer for plaster patches, undercoat and top coat. Please advise if your quote is just for plaster repair or for painting as well. Measurements are approx 3600x4100. Person will be required to remove damaged plaster in laundry and laundry trough. The external wall will need to be rebuilt as damaged due to water and then new plaster to be applied. The size of the wall is 2.3 m wide x 2.4 high. Plaster and timber will be supplied.
