Looking for a meticulous finisher to complete the final stages of a renovation across a living room, bedroom, and garage. Plastering: Finishing off existing sheets, including setting joints and sanding to a paint-ready finish. Cornice: Supply and/or install approx. 5m of cornice (matching existing style). Skirting: Install approx. 29m of skirting boards (primed/ready for fitment). Painting: Final coats on the new work to blend with existing surfaces. 1. Living room requires skirting around perimeter, cornice, plastering and painting around bifold doors. 3. Entrance to main bedroom requires plastering, cornice, painting. 4. Garage requires replacing missing plasterboard in ceiling, cornice, plastering and painting. Not: Paining not required for the entire house, only newly plastered areas.

Old plaster and paint needs to be removed from three walls and then replastered and made smooth ready for paint. I have five rooms in the house the will require the same but want to do it one by one.

Paint new plasterboard garage ceiling, approximately 30m2 between Thursday 13 May and Saturday 16 May. I will supply the paint but you need to provide the necessary painting equipment including drop sheets if required. The colour of the ceiling will be similar to the walls. I think the ceiling will require 2 coats of sealing paint and maybe a coat of finish. You will need to advise me. Apologies, photos not available as the new ceiling will. It be installed until Tuesday.

Hang a heavy mirror, the wall is poster so we want it properly secured

The issue: A section of plaster on the left side of the garage ceiling has come loose and is now sitting on top of the garage door wheel/track. It's pressing against the door mechanism, so I'd like it sorted before it causes damage or falls further. What I'd like done: Investigate the cause of the failure (loose fixings, water damage, batten issue, etc.) and let me know what you find. If the plaster sheet is still in good condition — push it back up into position and screw it securely to the battens/joists above. If it's too damaged to reuse — cut out the affected section, replace with new plasterboard, and patch/finish so it blends with the surrounding ceiling. Clean up any debris from the garage floor and door track afterwards. Note: If on inspection the job turns out to need more work than the above, I'm happy to discuss and agree on a revised quote before you proceed.

Scope of work: • Patch and repair two square holes in the ceiling (see photos). • Repair one additional damaged ceiling section where plaster has been cut. • Patch multiple small holes in the wall where a laundry hanger was previously mounted. • Apply plaster/filler so the areas are smooth and properly filled. I’ve removed a built-in bookshelf from my living room, which has exposed internal framing strips and left some damaged plasterboard sections. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to restore the wall to a clean, smooth, paint-ready finish. It’s just one wall only — approximately a little over 3 metres wide and 1.5 metres high. Multiple photos are attached but all of the same wall.
