Gyprock Wall Repair (2 locations): • Patch, sand, and finish 2 holes in the plasterboard walls. • Full wall section painting (corner to corner) required for a perfect color match (no patch marks). 2. Internal Door Replacement (2 doors): • Remove 2 damaged hollow core doors and replace them with new ones. • Source and purchase standard hollow core doors (approx. size to be confirmed upon visit/measurement). • Install existing hardware (handles/latches) onto the new doors. • Paint the new doors to match the existing interior color. Requirements: • Professional Finish: Repairs must be seamless and invisible. • Tax Invoice: A formal tax invoice must be provided upon completion for bond/record purposes. • Materials: Please specify in your offer if your quote includes materials (doors, paint, plaster) or if it is for labor only.
