This job is for Racecourse Road Dental. I need to install a device into a wall space at this Dental practice. A hole will need to be cut into an existig wall approx 40cm x 40cm and a door to take the place of the opening. See attached space under the glass enclosure

I have a few places that need the plasterboard fixed.

Plaster, sand and paint area ( new plaster board has already been put in). 150x80

Need to have plastering of ceiling done and then painted. 150x80

Firechek 16mm plaster strip infilling to be screw fixed in place and plastered.

1. To clean out existing gutter which is currently blocking downpipe and gutter and overflowing down rendered wall 2. To cut out sections of water damaged wall as per pic. 3. To replace rotten studs and supply and install new Gyprock and skirting boards. 4. To tape, set and sand ready for painting. 5. To repaint walls corner to corner to get best paint coverage. 6. To reseal end of gutter and supply and install new gutter guard along 62 m of gutter around house 7. Leave site clean tidy Must be insured and provide all equipment an materials.

Just purchased an apartment. We had to remove a built in bed. Which has exposed a brick wall. We require plastered to install a wall. Approx 2.5 x 3 m. Must have all equipment at Install. Must be available to start Tuesday morning as we move in Tuesday afternoon.

Two switches have been removed from the wall, need to patch the hole for painting

1 x basic curtain rod installed into solid plaster wall. I have screws and wall plug just required someone with a drill and screw into place
