We are completing a small bathroom renovation in yarraville, and are looking for a professional caulker to complete the following caulking work at the end of the reno: - Caulking floors to wall - Caulking ceiling to wall (tiles going all the way up to ceiling) - Caulking around toilet and wash basin - Caulking around laundry nook benchtop - Caulking around windows and doorway I think we will be looking to use Mapei white caulk, to match the white grout we are using. As a rough estimate, I think the lineal meters will be 40-50. The caulking work is planned to be completed last, which should be around Friday the 12th April.

We are painting the tiles for our bathroom on the 25/03/24, just need the tiles properly cleaned and prepped for painting. Ideally we would like them cleaned after 3PM on 23/03/24. See photos of bathroom for reference. Open to any offers

Patch a 50c sized hole and paint over it with paint provided. I played around with the paint a few days ago and it is slightly too dark so I need someone who can explore the paint tone by lightening it up. There are a few other marks on the wall from other holes being patch up that I’ll need painted over too. all materials other than the putty are provided (paint/sand paper/paint tray/ roller etc. See images for the hole that needs filling and the other lights spots that need painted. Trying to get my bond back doesn’t need to look perfect but good enough.
