Mum’s unit…small concrete area (approx 6sqm) outside back door is dirty and mouldy. Would be best to gerni BUT the problem is the nearest tap in her complex is about 40 mtrs away. Last time I did on hands and knees with acid and a scrubbing brush. Also, she has mould on one small corner of her bathroom above the laundry tub to remove/treat please.

We are seeking a skilled contractor to apply microcement to two bathrooms. The application will be from the tile finish (1.2m) to the walls and ceiling (2.4m height rooms). Note that this job does not include the wet areas, as the showers are already tiled. Requirements: Must have experience with microcement applications. Must provide photos of previous work. The kitchen and dining room ceiling had paint coming off previously. I had someone come around to do a patch job and they began however they are busy and their timeframe doesn’t work with me to finish the job. I don’t need a smooth magical finish or anything I’m literally just looking for it to be primed and painted. I understand there are areas that need fixing for it to look good but that is not my concern. Just a prime and paint. - Remove a large damaged area of plasterboard from the ceiling (photo below) of townhouse - Remove and refit ceiling light - Fit new plasterboard to the ceiling (two sheets) - Plastering / Tape joints / sanding - Apply undercoat - Apply two top coats to whole ceiling

The stain has some mold, but only a small amount. This will need to be removed too. After the mold is removed, a coat of white paint may be needed - no need to paint the whole ceiling as I will paint the bedroom in the future. The stain is about 1m x 80 cm. If somebody could complete the job this weekend that would be fantastic.

Needing someone to paint our 3 bedroom house (walls only) this week before we move furniture in next weekend. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 small office and 1 toilet. The bathroom and kitchen also need doing however there is a lot of tiles in these areas, so not much painting. We have prepared the walls - damage repaired and sugar soaped. We also have 40L of paint, and will get more for you if needed. Walls are currently cream. We are painting them Lexicon. 2 coats please. We are wanting a qualified painter with experience please. Have primed/painted skirting boards purchased and painted ready to be cut and installed with a finishing gun. We don’t have a drop saw or finishing gun so we are in need of help. I have redone the floors and painted the room myself ready for a nursery so have put my heart and soul into it. Needing someone who will be precise and careful to finish the job nicely for us. Been working on it a while so if someone could come this afternoon then this would be awesome! Very keen to have the project done.
