Our new fit out needs painting before flooring is laid. 65 m2 area - mainly unpainted pasterboard, small area of blockwork. Ceiling also needs painting and has exposed pipework, air conditioning ducts and cabling that will also be painted. Job includes filling gaps around 2 pipes prior to painting, sand one join between plasterboard and blockwork (adjacent to fire door), masking kitchen cabinets, electricity cabinet, light/power plates, all lights and hanging wires (downlights have been installed), sprinkler heads, smoke alarms/sensors, a/c filter inlet and windows/doors prior to painting. Ceiling and services in ceiling to be painted deep blue, with walls off white. Two coats Dulux wash and wear. Fire door to be painted semi-gloss deep blue (same as ceiling). Timing: commence on 25th May, complete by Thurs 28th May.

We need to find someone capable of painting the exterior of our 2 story house. It is rendered as well. The colour is fading but needs to be painted over. Wanting to get it done sooner rather than later. We have a budget though so if cash job is easier or just more affordable work is better: - Due date: Before Sunday, 23 July 2023

**Negotiable on price.** We have removed the BICs in two bedrooms. They are being replaced as they were falling apart, and we have installers booked to do the install. Before we can install, we need some painting done. In both cavities, we need the walls filled in places and painted Matt white (contractors PVA is fine). In one room there is a mirror in the cavity that needs to be removed before painting. New wooden trims around each cavity in each room to be filled where needed to cover nails etc, and then painted white gloss enamel. Area around trims painted Matt white PVA. All white paint to be provided by contractor. In second room, shelves need to be removed and holes filled on one wall. That wall to be repainted. We will provide paint for the wall in correct colour.
